Being Present

Being present is something we can all afford to do more of. Constantly keeping our mind moving is great, but it can result in negative feelings and emotions. Consider how many times you’ve wanted to change something, but couldn’t, said something, but didn’t, did something, but wouldn’t, pondered on something in the past, or even eager to know what your future holds... does it all make you feel a way? Find peace within your present moment. That can be your time for processing, focusing on something new, or even taking a break from it all. We have to remember to stop and smell the flowers and hold space in our lives to recognize what matters in that moment. “Happiness radiates like the fragrance from a flower and draws all good things towards you.”
