✅ Refund & Return Policy

At The H.O.P.E. Approach, we pour love and care into every product. Due to the nature of our handmade skincare and home fragrance items, all sales are final. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so please review our guidelines below.

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

Because our products are handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
• Change of mind
• Scent preference
• Allergies (please review ingredient lists before purchasing)

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@thehopeapproach.com within 3 days of delivery. Include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged item
• A description of the issue

We’ll happily send a replacement or store credit if the damage is confirmed.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by USPS. If this occurs, we recommend contacting your local post office first, then reaching out to us if needed.
